Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site assessments to determine optimal solar panel placement and design.
• Install, maintain, and repair solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the installation process.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline installation procedures and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar panel systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in solar panel installation, including knowledge of electrical wiring and PV systems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and practices in the construction or renewable energy industry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Relevant certifications and licenses in solar installation are a plus.
