Responsibilities: - Equipment Installation and Maintenance:
- As a Millwright Professional, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems with machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal production efficiency.
- Collaborate with other maintenance and production team members to identify and implement solutions.
- Precision Alignment:
- Conduct precision alignment of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent wear and tear.
- Utilize precision tools and instruments to achieve accurate alignments.
- Reading and Interpreting Blueprints:
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to understand equipment specifications and assembly requirements.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the development of safety procedures.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Millwright in an industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of precision alignment techniques and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety regulations.
- Trade certification as a Millwright is preferred.
Education and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a Millwright apprenticeship program.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an industrial setting.
