Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finish carpentry, demonstrating precision, attention to detail, and craftsmanship of the highest caliber. From custom millwork to intricate trim installations, the Finish Carpenter will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional quality and elevating the aesthetic appeal of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Execute all aspects of finish carpentry work including trim installation, cabinetry installation, custom millwork, and other intricate woodworking tasks.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure precise execution of carpentry tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, and other trades to achieve project goals within specified timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges related to finish carpentry tasks.
• Contribute to a positive team environment, sharing expertise and insights to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Experience in finish carpentry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality workmanship is a plus.
• Proficiency in a wide range of carpentry techniques and tools, including but not limited to saws, routers, drills, and sanders.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and best practices.
• Relevant certifications or vocational training in carpentry is a plus.
