Perform various construction tasks, including but not limited to digging, site preparation, concrete work, and general labor duties.
Assist skilled tradespeople and contractors with project execution.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Operate construction equipment and tools under supervision.
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction or related field preferred.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in varying weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
