What You’ll Do:

• Drive outside sales by networking with property owners, managers, HOAs, and commercial clients
  
  
• Perform on-site roof inspections, prepare polished reports, and deliver proposals
  
  
• Present solutions and close sales for repairs, maintenance programs, and new roof installations
  
  
• Build strong client relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business
  
  
• Oversee field crews and ensure projects meet scope, safety, and quality standards
  
  

  
What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in outside sales, business development, or B2B relationship management (roofing/construction experience a plus)
  
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
  
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
  
  
• Knowledge of building systems and roofing practices (we’ll train the right candidate)
  
  
• Comfortable with physical roof inspections (climbing ladders, carrying up to 50 lbs)
