**Schell Creek Construction** is a rapidly growing construction company based in Northern Nevada. We are seeking an Executive Operations Assistant. This key role will support our leadership team by maintaining business operations, ensuring organization, and helping us focus on achieving our future goals.

You’ll work directly with the owner, managing business licenses, contractor licenses, insurance, and other administrative tasks to ensure the company remains compliant. Beyond these administrative duties, you will assist with the daily operations and expansion goals of the company. As we expand our business into new locations, this position offers significant opportunities for growth within our established business.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to company leadership
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence
  • Assist with document preparation, reporting, and internal communication
  • Manage and maintain the employee benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plans, holidays, and PTO
  • Manage and maintain all insurance requirements for the business, including general liability, workers’ compensation, auto coverage, and necessary bonding.
  • Manage and maintain all business licensing, including contractor’s licenses, city licenses, and state licenses.
  • Ensure overall organization of all company documents and that the business is current on administrative requirements at all times.


  
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative or operations support role
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, G suite, and other admin tools
  • Construction industry experience or knowledge is a strong plus
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a proactive, can-do attitude
