Position Overview:

Schell Creek Construction is currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage a variety of construction projects in Winnemucca Nevada. This role requires a minimum of three (3) years of prior experience as a project manager and a valid OSHA 30 certification.
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for full project lifecycle management, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. Candidates should have a strong understanding of construction principles, leadership experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager

  • Current OSHA 30 certification (required)

  • Proven ability to manage and complete construction projects on time and within budget

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and documents

  • Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar

  • Valid driver’s license
