The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Construction Laborer who is eager to gain hands-on experience and grow in the industry. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, take pride in their craftsmanship, and want to build a long-term career in construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with various construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and general labor duties
• Work alongside skilled tradespeople to gain valuable on-the-job training
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite
• Operate basic hand and power tools as needed
• Support the project team in completing high-quality construction projects

Qualifications:

• Hardworking and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
• Previous construction experience is a plus but not required – we provide training
• Physically capable of lifting materials and working in various weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and advance within the company
