The Role As our Construction Division Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our commercial construction division. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a well-rounded construction background, a strategic mindset, and proven experience managing both projects and people. You’ll be instrumental in growing the division, ensuring operational excellence, and leading high-performing teams across multiple job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all commercial construction operations from pre-construction through closeout
  
  
• Oversee project managers, superintendents, and field staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and project timelines
  
  
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and business development
  
  
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality
  
  
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  
  
• Promote and enforce safety and compliance standards across all sites
  
  
• Hire, mentor, and develop construction team members
  
  
• Play a key role in driving growth, with potential for equity participation in the division
  
  

  
What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in commercial projects
  
  
• Proven leadership experience managing construction teams and multiple projects simultaneously
  
  
• Deep understanding of commercial construction practices, scheduling, budgeting, and contracts
  
  
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and scale a division
  
  
• Passion for developing people and fostering a strong team culture
