If you have a degree in Construction Science or Civil Engineering coupled with experience in vertical construction or heavy highway projects, we want to hear from you.

  • Take ownership of project Profit and Loss, ensuring projects are planned and executed efficiently.
  • Manage multiple projects ranging from $5-$20M, from award to closeout.
  • Liaise with Superintendents, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Engineers, Architects, and Clients to ensure project success.
  • Oversee project setup, budgeting, purchase orders, and project file maintenance.
  • Develop master project schedules and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Conduct regular field inspections and prepare monthly cost projections.
  • Review subcontractor payment requests and manage project documentation.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in construction.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Experience and knowledge of civil construction required
  • Proficiency in reading project plans and specifications.
  • Experience in civil construction, including dirt, concrete, pipe, and underground earthwork.
  • PMP certification preferred but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ranging from $5-$10M.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong grasp of Construction Math concepts.
Salary will be commensurate with experience, with additional bonuses based on project profitability.
