What You’ll Do:
As the Construction Superintendent, you’ll be the boots on the ground, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec. You’ll lead crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and serve as the go-to person for everything happening on site. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple landscape construction sites
  
  
• Reading and interpreting landscape designs and construction documents
  
  
• Scheduling labor, equipment, and material deliveries
  
  
• Managing and mentoring field crews and subcontractors
  
  
• Ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship
  
  
• Troubleshooting issues in real-time and communicating updates to project managers
  
  
• Representing Western Skies in a professional, solution-oriented manner
  
  

  
What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on landscape construction experience
  
  
• 2+ years in a supervisory role or superintendent position
  
  
• Working knowledge of grading, irrigation, hardscape, and plant installation
  
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  
  
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and job site documentation
  
  
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
