Job Description: 
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent with extensive ground-up experience in constructing educational facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
  • Maintain daily logs and prepare reports on project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control project schedules and budgets.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Implement and enforce site-specific safety plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on ground-up construction of educational facilities.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and codes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
