Position Overview:
We are seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to oversee restaurant build projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll manage site operations, ensuring construction is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in restaurant builds, possess strong leadership skills, and excel at problem-solving and project coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations on restaurant construction sites.
• Supervise subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards at all times.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects stay on track.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports, including updates on progress and issues.
• Review and interpret construction documents, including plans and specifications.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Construction Site Superintendent with a focus on restaurant builds.
• Extensive knowledge of restaurant construction processes, building codes, and industry regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team of subcontractors and workers.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control project costs.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical documents.
