The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent with a well-rounded background in ground-up construction. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of ground-up construction projects from start to finish.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce company safety protocols.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial or residential ground-up construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
