The Role As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on a variety of public and private sector projects, managing everything from pre-construction planning through final closeout. You’ll coordinate with stakeholders, oversee teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget. Your expertise across sectors like Federal, Municipal, Industrial, Aviation, or Academic will be key in navigating project requirements and driving success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Handle contract administration, cost controls, and documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Manage project risks, identify potential issues early, and develop solutions
• Support and lead project teams, ensuring alignment with company and client expectations

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Direct experience with Federal, Municipal, Industrial, Aviation, or Academic projects
• Strong understanding of government and institutional construction requirements
• Proficient in project management tools such as Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
