Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent with a background in retail and food store construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing ground-up construction projects from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of ground-up construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
  • Manage on-site construction activities, including site safety, quality control, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate regularly with project team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ground-up construction, with a focus on retail and food store projects.
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
