Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified HVAC Professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring optimal performance of heating and cooling systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment and provide effective solutions.
3. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters, checking system efficiency, and inspecting components.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and customer satisfaction.
5. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used and time spent on each job.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
7. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively and professionally with clients.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an HVAC Professional is a plus.
2. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
3. Familiarity with local HVAC codes and regulations.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
7. Valid  HVAC license.
8. EPA certification is a plus.
9. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
