Position Overview: 
We are currently seeking experienced Flooring Installers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flooring installation, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellent results. Responsibilities:

1. Flooring Installation: Execute professional and precise installation of various types of flooring materials, including but not limited to hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile.
2. Measurement and Cutting: Accurately measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific spaces, ensuring a seamless and aesthetically pleasing finish.
3. Subfloor Preparation: Evaluate and prepare subfloors to ensure a stable and level foundation for flooring installation.
4. Problem Solving: Identify and address any challenges or issues that may arise during the installation process, finding effective solutions to deliver high-quality results.
5. Customer Interaction: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Proven experience in flooring installation with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
2. Skills: Proficient in using a variety of tools and equipment related to flooring installation. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
3. Knowledge: Familiarity with different types of flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
4. Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.
5. Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to meeting project deadlines.

Requirements:

1. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
2. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Safety-conscious with knowledge of proper safety procedures.
