Responsibilities:

1. Drywall Installation: Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets to walls and ceilings, ensuring precise fit and finish.
2. Taping and Finishing: Apply joint compound, tape seams, and sand surfaces to create a smooth and seamless appearance.
3. Repair and Patchwork: Perform repairs and patchwork on damaged or uneven surfaces to ensure a flawless finish.
4. Reading Blueprints: Interpret and follow construction plans and specifications to meet project requirements.
5. Collaboration: Coordinate with other construction professionals, including carpenters, painters, and project managers, to ensure timely completion of projects.
6. Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure the highest quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
7. Material Management: Manage and organize materials, tools, and equipment efficiently to optimize workflow.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Proven experience as a Drywall Installer is a plus.
2. Skills: Proficient in measuring, cutting, and installing drywall, as well as taping, mudding, and finishing. Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
3. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
4. Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
5. Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
6. Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and perform tasks requiring physical strength and stamina.
7. Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
8. License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
