Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with expertise in ground-up food and retail building construction to join our team in Southern Nevada. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a deep understanding of the unique requirements and challenges associated with food and retail construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of ground-up food and retail building projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Implement effective risk management strategies and proactively mitigate project risks.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, including progress tracking and financial analysis.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on-site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on ground-up food and retail building projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make informed decisions under pressure.
• PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
