Position Overview: 
We are currently looking for a talented Concrete Finisher to contribute to the success of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of concrete finishing techniques, possess excellent attention to detail, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. The Concrete Finisher will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and precise completion of concrete surfaces, contributing to the overall success of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform finishing work on various concrete surfaces, including but not limited to floors, sidewalks, curbs, and walls.
• Use hand and power tools to shape, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces according to project specifications.
• Apply curing and sealing compounds to protect and enhance the quality of the finished product.
• Set up and align forms to ensure the proper placement and finish of concrete.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure timely project completion.
• Repair and patch existing concrete surfaces as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher in the construction industry.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools related to concrete finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in finishing work.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Education and Certification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in concrete finishing or a related field is a plus.
