Job Description: As a Boiler Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting boiler systems to ensure optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience with a variety of boiler systems, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on boiler systems.
2. Diagnose and repair malfunctions in boiler components and controls.
3. Perform boiler installations and upgrades as needed.
4. Collaborate with other team members to optimize boiler system efficiency.
5. Respond to emergency service calls and resolve issues promptly.
6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
7. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to clients on boiler operation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in boiler operation preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Boiler Technician or in a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of boiler systems, components, and controls.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6. Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Physical fitness and the ability to work in various environments.
