Job Description: 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multi-family residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multi-family construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address project challenges and implement solutions.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience as a project manager on at least 2 multi-family projects valued at $20M or more.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
