Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
• Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, and contract management
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality expectations
• Conduct regular job site visits and project meetings to ensure alignment
• Resolve issues and mitigate risks while keeping projects on track and clients informed
• Maintain project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and daily logs

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience
• At least 3 years as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Ability to manage multiple active projects and lead teams effectively
• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• Strong knowledge of commercial building systems, safety protocols, and scheduling
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
