Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ground-up commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure all safety regulations, codes, and quality standards are adhered to.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, emphasizing clear communication and leadership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with specific experience in ground-up projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in project management software and construction methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs.
