Job Description:
As a Construction Recruiter at Ground Up Careers of So. Cal., you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in various construction roles. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your expertise will help build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring successful placements and contributing to the growth and success of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing detailed feedback to clients and candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate and client records in our recruitment database.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the construction industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of construction roles and industry-specific requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and other tools to manage the recruitment process.
