Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Superintendent to join our Aviation Team. As a Superintendent, you will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role offers the opportunity to lead dynamic aviation projects and collaborate with a talented team of professionals.

You will work alongside a dedicated team of project managers, project engineers, and superintendents on projects in airports nationwide.
Engage in diverse projects, from branding and signage to gate relocations and tenant improvements, making every day a new and exciting challenge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate on-site construction activities for aviation projects, including terminal expansions, runway rehabilitation, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring work is completed in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project alignment and compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate construction risks and challenges, implementing effective solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork among on-site personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years experience in the construction industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on aviation projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing on-site construction activities for large-scale projects $20M+.
  • Strong understanding of aviation construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel as required.
