Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter with extensive drywall experience to join our dynamic team. As a Finish Carpenter at Reel Construction, you will play a crucial role in the final stages of our projects, ensuring that every detail is meticulously executed to achieve flawless results.

Responsibilities:

• Install and finish trim, crown molding, baseboards, and other decorative elements with precision and accuracy.
• Repair and patch drywall as needed, blending textures and finishes seamlessly.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter, with a strong focus on trim work and finish carpentry.
• Experience in drywall installation, finishing, and repair techniques.
• Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools, including saws, sanders, and nail guns.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smart phone.
