As an Electrician Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects. Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise Electrical Projects: Lead and oversee electrical installation, repair, and maintenance projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans (Blueprints and electrical diagrams), specifications, deadlines, and budgets.
  2. Team Leadership: Provide guidance, direction, and support to electricians and apprentices on the job site, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  3. Quality Assurance: Ensure all electrical work meets industry standards, codes, and safety regulations, conducting inspections and quality checks as needed.
  4. Resource Management: Coordinate with project managers to allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently, optimizing productivity and minimizing waste.
  5. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during projects, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  6. Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to mitigate risks and hazards.
  7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including work hours, materials used, and any changes or deviations from original plans.
Requirements:
  1. Electrical Expertise: Journeyman license, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the electrical trade.
  2. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and supervise teams of electricians and apprentices, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated aptitude for identifying and resolving electrical problems efficiently and effectively.
  4. Safety Consciousness: Deep commitment to safety in the workplace, with knowledge of relevant codes and regulations (e.g., NEC, OSHA).
  5. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
  6. Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and a dedication to delivering high-quality results.
  7. Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work closely with project managers, fellow electricians, and other team members.
