Position Overview:
As a Superintendent at Reel Construction, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of remodel and insurance replacement projects. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction in a supervisor roll, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Manage and mentor on-site construction teams to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Proactively identify and resolve construction-related issues to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Experience in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on remodel and insurance replacement projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
