Job Description: NEXTEK Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record of managing projects effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor progress and performance against established goals and benchmarks.
• Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients on project status and performance.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability among project team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of [5] years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and team members at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• PMP certification or similar credentials are a plus.
