Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems including but not limited to rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Conduct repairs and replacements of components such as compressors, motors, belts, and controls.
• Collaborate with customers to assess their HVAC needs, provide recommendations, and offer solutions to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.
• Complete service reports accurately and promptly, documenting all work performed and parts used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe work environment for oneself and others.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Service Technician in the HVAC industry.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a variety of commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, components, and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• HVAC Schooling is a plus
