Since our beginnings in 1973 as a small construction company, the Gaspar's family has taken great pride in making a difference in people's lives, one remodeling project at a time.
Today at Gaspar's a new generation has come of age, with design, build, handyman and management professionals all working together under one roof. (Don't worry, it's a big roof.)
For over 40 years, Gaspar’s has been making dreams come true for Seattle-area homeowners with an office located in Seattle, WA.
From the onset, Rich Gaspar chose to build his construction company on the principles of respect, integrity and an unwavering commitment to quality. As his business (and family) grew, Rich nurtured these values in the people around him, expanding his reach but never compromising. The result: a personal and professional reputation that is unmatched in the local design/build trade.
Today, Rich and his wife Cathy (a gifted designer and partner in the firm) have handed the company reins to the next generation. Now, as always, the Gaspar’s tradition endures — to treat clients, employees and subcontractors as you would your own family.
If You Live In It, You Should Love It.
For over 40 years, Gaspar’s has been making dreams come true for Seattle-area homeowners. And we can do it for you — by listening carefully to your goals and designing creative solutions that respect your needs, your timeline and your budget.
Updating this 1930’s brick home, we touched every room. The major remodeling took place in the kitchen, three bathrooms, the master bedroom, and the basement. A very small awkward kitchen became functional and fun, the master bath has a unique tub shower room. The bedroom was opened up and the basement’s old furnace low hanging vents were removed, allowing for the creation of a media room.
These homeowners love having their grandchildren over but were running out of space to host the growing number of them. They approached us to make a space that would be fun and safe for the kids, as well as providing dedicated space for both sewing and ceramics for the grandmother. We took the unfinished basement and turned it into a bright space that serves their needs and looks great. The homeowners are thrilled with the result and are busy making memories with their grandchildren.
