Responsibilities:

1. Perform welding tasks using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding process specifications.
3. Ensure the quality and integrity of welded components by conducting visual inspections and using testing methods.
4. Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to achieve project goals and timelines.
6. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues as they arise.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Welder in a similar role.
2. Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding process specifications.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
5. Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines for welding operations.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
7. Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks associated with welding.
8. Welding certification is a plus.
