Job Description:
As a Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process of vertical ground-up projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead and manage all on-site activities, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for ground-up vertical projects.
  • Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to assess progress and address any issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and logs.
  • Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during construction promptly and effectively.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on ground-up vertical projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale commercial or residential projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in construction management software and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus.
