Responsibilities:
  1. Equipment Installation and Maintenance:
    • As a Millwright Professional, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
    • Perform routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  2. Troubleshooting:
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems with machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal production efficiency.
    • Collaborate with other maintenance and production team members to identify and implement solutions.
  3. Precision Alignment:
    • Conduct precision alignment of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent wear and tear.
    • Utilize precision tools and instruments to achieve accurate alignments.
  4. Reading and Interpreting Blueprints:
    • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to understand equipment specifications and assembly requirements.
  5. Safety Compliance:
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
    • Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the development of safety procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Millwright in an industrial setting.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Knowledge of precision alignment techniques and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Trade certification as a Millwright is preferred.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a Millwright apprenticeship program.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an industrial setting.
