Position Overview: 
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Ironworker to join our dynamic team. As an Ironworker, you will play a crucial role in the construction and installation of structural steel components, ensuring the integrity and safety of our projects. Responsibilities:
  1. Steel Erection: Perform the assembly and installation of structural steel components, including columns, beams, and girders, according to project specifications.
  2. Welding: Utilize welding equipment to connect steel elements, ensuring strong and secure joints.
  3. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and construction drawings to determine project requirements and specifications.
  4. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, consistently promoting a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
  5. Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of tools and equipment, such as cranes, hoists, and power tools, to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including welders, fabricators, and construction professionals, to achieve project milestones.
  7. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets industry standards and project specifications.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as an Ironworker in a construction or steel fabrication setting.
  2. Strong knowledge of steel construction techniques, welding processes, and blueprint reading.
  3. Certification in welding and/or ironworking is highly desirable.
  4. Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
  5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  6. Commitment to safety and strict adherence to safety guidelines.
  7. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
