Position Overview: 
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their craft, possess a strong work ethic, and have a proven track record of delivering outstanding results. Responsibilities:

1. Reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications to determine the scope of work.
2. Selecting and sourcing materials required for each project.
3. Measuring and cutting materials to ensure precise fits and finishes.
4. Installing structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, cabinets, and molding.
5. Constructing building frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs.
6. Collaborating with other construction professionals, such as architects and plumbers, to complete projects.
7. Repairing or replacing damaged components as needed.
8. Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
9. Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry.
2. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
3. Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and methods.
4. Excellent understanding of safety procedures and guidelines.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
7. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
8. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and tools.

Education and Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant carpentry certifications are a plus.
